Whether you’re looking to open up your loft space, convert a garage, reconfigure your existing layout, add a granny flat annex or even a new build, we'll listen to your ideas. We’ll prioritise your requirements, carry out your survey and provide your design services - all free of charge.
Step 2
See your ideas come to life.
See your ideas come to life with a precise, digital representation of your space solution using our CAD expertise. Together, we will help you to explore different design concepts, materials, and colours - quickly and easily. We’ll then provide you with a fixed quotation. We are experts at utilising space to suit our clients’ needs and budget, so there’ll be no hidden extras or nasty surprises along the way.
Step 3
Set your start date.
We’ll agree on a timescale according to the size of your project and your own personal requirements. You don’t need to move out of your home and on average, the majority of the build is completed within 8-12 weeks. Planning is not always required, but we will obtain local authority clarification and ensure that all work is safe, suitable for purpose and compliant with Building Regulations.
